Terms and Conditions

1. The car remains the property of SMS Ltd (trading as Drivingschoolcarhire.ie) at all times.
2. The car must be returned to SMS Ltd immediately on request.
3. You remain liable for all tolls, charges, penalty points and fines incurred while the vehicle is in your care.
4. All payments are due in advance. Late returns or part day will be charged as a full day.
5. Deposit is required at time of booking.
6. Car must be returned in the condition it was rented.
7. Fuel level must be same as when car was rented.
8. SMS Ltd cannot be held liable for any consequential loss no matter how it occurred.
9. You must supply a copy or photograph of both sides of your valid driver’s license and a valid ADI badge.
